The Child & Pet Photo Contest is run by The Chamberlain Group (the “Contest Sponsor and Administrator”) and will take place in Canada, from 12:00:00 AM September 1, 2011 to 11:59:59 PM (Mountain Time) September 30, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).

For the purposes of the Contest, the Contest Group Entities are: Edamame kids and Pawsitively Natural Foods, together with its affiliates (including without limitation its parent, sister and subsidiary companies), retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers of materials and services related to the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Group Entities”).

The Contest is open to all children who are residents of Calgary Alberta, Canada. All children must be five years old or younger as of December 31, 2011 to participate. One photo per child is allowed to be submitted. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have permission to publish the photograph. The Chamberlain Group reserves the right to approve or reject any photos. All votes are final.

The Contest is open to all pets who are residents of Calgary Alberta, Canada and must be alive to submit a photo entry. One photo per pet is allowed to be submitted. Entrants may submit their entry online, at http://calgaryscutestkid.com by completing the online registration form in full, and uploading a digital photograph of their child or pet. Photos should be in .jpg format. You may enter only one photograph per child or pet. Only one e-mail address may be used by any person to participate in the Contest.

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE winner will be determined by having the most online votes. If in the case of a tie for the number of votes, then the winner will be determined by draw, chosen by the Chamberlain Group on October 1, 2011.

Child Photo winner will receive the following prize:

$1000 towards an education fund from The Chamberlain Group

PET PRIZE winner will receive either:

Dog food for six months or Cat food for six months.  The most voted Cat and most voted Dog will both receive a prize.

The runner up will be determined by the next highest number of votes, or by 2nd name drawn for first prize.

The second runner up will be determined by the next highest number of votes, or by the 3rd name drawn for first prize.

Only one voter per day, per photo will be accepted. Security measures are in place to monitor this process, and any attempt to circumvent these rules (through the use of computer scripts or any other means) to increase the number of votes may result in those votes being erased, and may result in that photo’s disqualification from the Contest. The decision to disqualify is at the discretion of the Contest Group Entities, and will occur without notice or communication to the entrant. The disqualification decision is final and not subject to review.

The leaderboard shows leaders according to number of votes. Before a monthly winner is decided, those votes will be audited to insure that vote-tampering has not occurred. In the event of vote tampering, votes may be deleted, and the entry may be disqualified (see above).
