“I just want to talk to you today about why now is the good time to sell your house. The market right now is a little bit funny. A lot of inventory went off over December. And we’re kinda in a cold spell, hence why we’re standing in a parkade doing our videos. So the market is a little bit funny right now and we need to get some more inventory out there. The buyer that are looking right now are serious. I mean, we’re showing some buyers a couple of homes and they’re buying them.”
“We have some listings that we’ve seen gone on and gone off really quick that are priced well. We wanna make sure that the inventory stays higher and right now the inventory is a little bit lower. So this is why it’s a good time if you’re thinking of selling, it’s a really good time to consider get your home on the market sooner than later because there are some good qualified buyers out there.”
