“Uhm I… Question I get asked a lot is what do we with the home inspection when putting an offer to purchase. So I just want to touch on that quick. Typically there’s three types of properties that get purchased. A condo apartment, a townhouse and a single family home.”
“When you’re purchasing a condo, typically do not have a property inspection on there just because of the building and the structure. Townhouse is.. it’s kinda… depends on the age of the townhouse and the design of it. Single family homes you almost always have a property inspection on it. So there’s.. depending on what you are planning on purchasing, it determines what home inspection you will get. And then secondly, you wanted a higher a home inspector that you can trust and that is very qualified.”
