Our primary method of marketing (apx. 95% of our business) is by referral. We have found that a prospective client who is referred to us is more prepared to appreciate the value that we can offer than someone who is a non referred lead.

Our Way to Say Thanks….
We want you to know that we understand the trust you place in us when you offer a referral and because of that, we want to demonstrate our appreciation by giving you a $100 gift certificate to the restaurant or spa of your choice for every referral you send our way.  At the end of the calendar year we also do a draw for a trip that your name would be entered into if the referral you send our way turns into a completed sale.

We also know that you may not want to accept a gift from us because of your referral, but please understand that we are truly appreciative of your ongoing trust in our service and it is a token of our gratitude.

  2. We have created a unique system that allows us to pin point what exactly the client is looking for in their new home as well as the best places in the city for their lifestyle.
  3. We over deliver when it come to marketing their existing home using not only traditional mediums like the MLS but also online mediums like Facebook, You Tube and Blogs.
  4. We can sell their home quicker and closer to the listing price.  Tell them to ask us to prove it!  We’re proud to show them we can!

Our Client Referral Process

  1. To connect us with your referral, we find the simplest way is to simply introduce us via email.
  2. Upon receiving the email,  we will contact the client directly and ask them if they are more interested in buying or selling right now.
  3. We will ask them if they would like to complete one of our online forms (Thinking of Selling? / Where’s Your Fit),
  4. We will set up a coffee or meeting to discuss what it is that they are looking for to ensure that we will be able to have a good connection during the whole process.
We believe in creating a solid and lasting relationship with each client we work with and strive to make each interaction a positive one.
