I really liked how Jared offered his honest opinion of what he believed my home was worth. Even when he disagreed slightly with me on what the townhouse was worth, he listed it at the higher value.

I think the advertising, marketing and staging help provided allowed me to sell my house for more money than it would otherwise have obtained (using another real estate agent).

I like the fashion in which The Chamberlain Group conducts their business. They are professionals who operate with integrity and passion. These qualities are combined with an excellent attention to detail and an obviously thorough understanding of the real estate market.
